There were employees that were repeatedly underselling arrangements and this training is designed to simplify the process and give them confidence on sales calls.

This microlearning was designed to train truck owners on how to use the DAT load board to find loads that fit their needs. Truck owners use a dispatch company to book loads for them, but they are given the option to find their own loads. This training walks them through that process.
